We may exchange non-confectionary products within 7 days of purchase. Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for an exchange.
For confectionary products (chocolates and candies), there is no exchange or refund due to hygiene reasons.
Yes! Our stores handle all standard and custom orders. If you have a specific gift favours in mind, our friendly staff will be more than happy to assist you in creating a one of a kind gift favour for you.

Most of our chocolates and candies are produced in plants that work with peanuts and nuts, so traces may be found in any of our candies. We do carry gluten free and organic varieties in our shops for your consideration.
We suggest you speak to our friendly staff for recommendation if there is anything currently available to suit your needs.
Yes! We do offer sugar-free chocolates and candies. We have even stock up on varieties that are suitable for diabetics. Please approach one of our friendly staff during your visit and they will be able to assist you.
